    This year, VTrax is becoming a true world traveller. It’s now available in Spanish with more languages – including French – to follow throughout 2016.

  • Email Tickets to Customers

    Through VTrax, local agents are now able to send vouchers directly to customers via email – making it easier for them to make the most out of your tour. Agents can also display and print tickets depending on what’s easiest for their customers.

  • Gather Customer Information

    Agents can now use VTrax to collect a range of information from customers – including names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses. You can use that information to generate pick-up manifests for drivers, follow up with customers after your tour, and more.

  • Scan VTrax-Generated Tickets to Validate them

    Tour operators can now easily scan all tickets – including those generated through VTrax – to speed up the ticket verifying process. If issues arise, they’ll still be able to type barcodes into any handheld device.

  • Accept barcode vouchers for the Leisure Pass Group
