Product Overview

The Credit Management System (CMS) allows end users to track credit extended to customers. When a customer purchases an item it will be assigned to the customers account number. A running total for each customer’s account number will be maintained as well as an entry for each purchase/payment transaction. The customer may also view and pay off all or a portion of their account. Terminal based reports are available for the end user of the terminal to track activity on the accounts. For reliability reasons all transaction data will be communicated to and stored on the DataTrax servers in real time.
